External paving
Wet pendulum value at or above 36 PTV and 30 mm calibrated thickness for vehicle overrun.
Pedestrian schemes take 20–25 mm honed or shot blasted on a full mortar bed. Anywhere a service vehicle can track, move to 30 mm and a bedding mortar of at least 25 N/mm². Riven faces gain roughly 6 PTV wet over honed at the cost of laying tolerance.

Rainscreen and mechanical cladding
Flexural strength above 12 MPa and a controlled thickness tolerance for kerf fixing.
Panels are supplied kerf slotted or drilled to the fixing schedule. Maximum panel size for 20 mm mechanically fixed work is 800 × 400 mm; larger formats move to 30 mm. Anchor pull-out testing is carried out on 1 in 200 panels and reported per shipment.

04 / Commercial flooring
Commercial flooring
Abrasion resistance below 22 mm and calibrated thickness across the batch.
Sold as calibrated modular tile with rectified edges. Grey and Maroon carry the traffic in circulation areas; Cream is specified where the floor is a finish rather than a wearing surface. All floor tile ships pre-sorted to a single shade band per crate.

05 / Kerbs, edgings and steps
Kerbs, edgings and steps
Compressive strength above 100 MPa and sawn six sides with a hammered wearing face.
Kerbs are produced at 1000 mm nominal length with radius units cut to a supplied setting-out drawing. Step treads are supplied with a bullnose or pencil-round arris and can be pre-grooved for a slip insert.

06 / Interior walls and detail
Interior walls and detail
Low porosity, consistent shade banding and a finish that holds under artificial light.
Polished and brushed finishes for lobby walls, reception faces, risers and skirtings. Interior work is cut from the same bench as the matching floor order so that vertical and horizontal surfaces hold one tone.
